Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information JMR Innovations LLC ("WIN," "we," "us," or "our") collects through the WIN mobile app (the "App"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information You Give Us • Account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider. • Profile: your username, first and last name, bio, profile photo (taken with your camera or chosen from your photo library), and whether your account is private. • Posts: photos you take with the App's in-app camera to complete a daily challenge, your caption, the challenge, and the date. The App does not let you upload challenge photos from your photo library. • Social activity: the posts you like, the comments you write, who you follow and who follows you (including pending follow requests), and the users you block. • Reports: when you report a post, comment, or user, we store the reason, any details you add, and a copy of the reported text and photo so we can review it even if it is later deleted. • Terms acceptance: which version of the Terms you accepted and when.

2. Information Stored Only on Your Device Your streak, completed challenges, reminder settings, and a cached copy of your profile are kept on your device so the App works quickly and offline. Daily reminders are scheduled on your device; we do not collect a push-notification token.

3. What We Do Not Collect We do not use advertising or third-party analytics, we do not track you across other apps or websites, we do not collect your precise location, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

4. How We Use Information • to run the App: create your account, show your profile and posts to the people allowed to see them, and power likes, comments, follows, and streaks • to keep the community safe: apply blocks, filter objectionable text, and review reports • to respond to you when you contact support • to comply with the law and enforce our Terms

5. Who Can See Your Information • Other signed-in users can see your username, name, bio, and profile photo unless one of you has blocked the other. Profile photos are stored at a web address that anyone who has the link can open. • Your posts are visible to any signed-in user if your account is public, or only to approved followers if it is private. Post photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived secure links. • Your email address, the users you block, and the reports you file are never shown to other users.

6. Service Providers We store account, profile, post, photo, and social data with Supabase, our database, authentication, and file-storage provider, which processes it on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of any person, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

7. Retention and Deleting Your Account We keep your information while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanently removes your account, profile, profile photo, posts and post photos, likes, comments, follows and follow requests, blocks, and reports you filed or that were filed about you. It also clears your account's data from the device you delete it on. Copies may remain in our provider's encrypted backups for a limited period until they are overwritten. You can also delete individual posts and comments at any time.

8. Your Choices and Rights You can edit your profile, make your account private, block users, and delete content or your account in the App. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact support@winapp.tech.

9. Children The App is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact support@winapp.tech and we will delete it.

10. Security We use encrypted connections, access rules that limit each user to the data they are allowed to see, and private storage for post photos. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

11. Changes to This Policy We will post any changes here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will notify you in the App.
